About this event
Trick-or-treat yourself to a night of thrills and chills at the Field Museum! Ghosts, ghouls, and guests can learn about spooky specimens from our team of mad scientists, get up close and personal with creepy crawlies, tour the museum catacombs in an exclusive Behind the Scenes tour, create Halloween crafts, trick-or-treat with SUE, and more!
From a monster mash dance party and storytime in the Crown Family PlayLab to natural history bar trivia with a spooky twist in Stanley Field Hall, this after hours event will be a scream for Halloween enthusiasts of ALL ages.
Later in the evening, explore the zoology exhibits as you've never seen them before - in the dark! Your senses will be put to the test in a series of challenges and obstacles as you navigate past the darkened dioramas. Are you brave enough to enter the realm of nocturnal creatures?
Costumes are encouraged!
For the safety of all guests, please do not wear costumes that cover your face or include prop weapons of any kind.
Guests are encouraged to register in advance. All sales are final.

Parking
Parking for Field Family Nights can now be purchased in advance directly through Soldier Field - North Garage. We have arranged for a special discounted rate of $30 per car for this event. Rates are subject to change for parking that is purchased upon your arrival on the day of your event.
