Confirmations Registrations are confirmed by mail. For registrations received less than one week before a program begins, confirmations will be held until the day of the program.
Cant Decide?
Please be aware that we may cancel programs due to low enrollment one week before the program date and many programs fill quickly. Please do not wait until the last minute to register.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available. Scholarships are based on need and are intended to serve those who would not otherwise be able to afford programs. They are assigned on a first-come, first served basis. Participants are limited to one scholarship per term. To request a scholarship, write "scholarship requested" on the registration form.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued by Field Museum staff, minus a $10 processing fee, for Group and Family Overnights only. No refunds or exchanges are permitted for any other programs. Fees for programs cancelled by The Field Museum will be refunded in full. You may also receive a full refund or credit if you are not satisfied with a program.

Weekday evening course participants
Please check with the guard at the Museum's West Lot upon arrival; this lot is adjacent to the building on the Museum's west side. Spaces may be available in this lot on evenings during the run of your course. If space is not available, the guard will direct you to the nearest open lot. Make sure to bring money for paid parking as needed. Please note that there are no parking meters along McFetridge Drive. Parking information for Family Overnights will be mailed with your confirmation.
