Huaura Valley Survey Project Director.  Intensive archaeological survey of the Huaura Valley of Peru.

2003

Fortaleza Valley Survey Project Director.  First year of a multiyear survey in the Norte Chico area of Peru documenting sites throughout the Fortaleza Valley.

2002 Pre-Ceramic Research Participant in the Pativilca Valley, Peru.  Project focused on identifying and dating early monumental architecture.  Involvement includes leading field crews and setting up future fieldwork opportunities.  Directors: Drs. Winifred Creamer and Jonathan Haas.
1999

Field Director and Ceramic Analyst, University of North Carolina Field School, Ciudad de Dios, Peru.  Responsible for teaching advanced undergraduate and graduate students field and lab techniques, directing excavation of Moche period households, collecting clay and temper samples, directing basic and detailed ceramic analysis, as well as writing sections for the field report. Director: Dr. Brian Billman.

1998 Field Director and Ceramic Analyst, Center for Indigenous Studies in the Americas, Ciudad de Dios, Peru. Responsible for teaching students field and laboratory techniques, directing household excavations and conducting detailed ceramic analysis. Director: Dr. Brian Billman.
