ORDER—CHIROPTERA
FAMILY—Rhinolophidae

DISTRIBUTION—Borneo and Madura (Corbet & Hill, 1992; Csorba et al., 2003). First reported in the Philippines on Palawan Island by Esselstyn et al., 2004.

HABITAT—Roosts in lowland caves on Borneo (Payne et al., 1985) and on Palawan. Common in primary lowland forest from sea level to 700 m; often abundant in caves (Esselstyn et al., 2004).
