on residents have taken and the triumphs they have achieved in Calumet while securing their communities for future generations. The segments pay particular attention to subtle forms of activism that are often overlooked. Video clips are referenced on a map of the region, along with similar assets.

Residents are constantly active in many different ways, from restoring natural habitats rich in biodiversity to creating safe and clean environments, to gardening, creating art, building local businesses and participating in local festivals. Such forms of activism are tangible forms of community life that are too often ignored.
