Members' Stories
On June 2nd and June 3rd, 2005, The Field Museum held its annual Members' Nights. The Center for Cultural Understanding and Change (CCUC) collected interviews from the Museum's members, asking them to describe places that are meaningful to them in Chicago. During the two day period, 75 interviews were collected. We've woven over a dozen of these interviews into stories describing important neighborhoods, monuments, recreational spots, and historical Chicago moments.
We've also left a few individual stories un-edited for your listening pleasure. You'll need Quicktime player to listen to our stories, you can download this for free by clicking here.
