How to Get Tickets

Admission to Dinosaur Dynasty: Discoveries from China requires a timed-entry ticket that specifies a 30-minute window for entering the exhibition. Once you have entered the exhibition, you may stay as long as you like.

Admission to each specially ticketed exhibition is $7 and may be purchased as a part of the Museum's Gold or Platinum Passes, or individually at the entrances to the exhibitions. After entering the Museum, if you decide to see another ticketed exhibition such as Sue Discovery Dig, tickets will be full price.

Save money by purchasing the Museum's Platinum Pass! For just $3 more, the Platinum Pass entitles you to admission to Dinosaur Dynasty and one other temporary exhibition. For families with children, we recommend adding the Sue Discovery Dig.

Chicago Resident Discounts
In recognition of the support they provide to the Museum through local property taxes, Chicago residents receive a discount on admission. Proof of residency is required. See Chicago resident prices .

The Field Museum accepts all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted at Museum admission counters.
