A T. Rex Named Sue
Available for both U.S. and International Travel!
Presenting the story of the largest, most complete, and best preserved Tyrannosaurus rex ever unearthed, this bilingual exhibition combines thrilling science, solid educational credentials, and blockbuster appeal.
At a heart-stopping 42 feet long and 12 feet high, Sue is remarkable because of her size, completeness, and quality of preservation. A spectacular, full-sized cast of Sue’s skeleton is the centerpiece of this traveling exhibition, surrounded by interactives exploring the paleontology that has helped scientists reconstruct Sue’s life and legacy.
A T. rex Named Sue connects with visitors of all ages and abilities, attracting over 5.3 million visitors in 34 cities so far, and increasing year-over-year attendance at host venues by 15% to 920%.
This exhibit was created by The Field Museum, Chicago, and made possible through the generosity of McDonald’s ® Corporation.
"Sue ignites an interest in paleontology in visitors as young as three and as old as 90."
Lori Hauser, Marketing Director, COSI Toledo
"Sue has exceeded our fondest expectations...I think we will enjoy the results of this exhibit for years to come."
