Mary Beth Prondzinski
Collections Assistant, Division of Mammals, The Field Museum
Mary Beth is a multi-talented individual who has fulfilled many different roles at the Museum, including volunteer, butterfly handler/interpreter, and science coordinator. Currently she is verifying the mammal fluid collection and preparing the alcohol-preserved specimens for their move into the new Collections Resource Center, presently under construction and due for completion in September 2004.
Rebecca Banasiak
Intern, Division of Mammals, The Field Museum
Rebecca came to the Museum in 2001 after earning her BFA from the Art Institute of Chicago. She first worked as a web assistant creating images that help identify mammal species for the Tanzanian Mammal Key. Rebecca currently works on designing posters, pamphlets, and field guides that aid scientists and students in their research. She also creates digital images and scientific illustrations for a variety of research projects.
