Splendors of China's Forbidden City: The Glorious Reign of Emperor Qianlong is at The Field Museum from March 12 – September 12, 2004. Here’s everything you need to plan your visit.
Getting Tickets
Admission to Splendors of China's Forbidden City requires a timed-entry ticket that must be purchased in combination with Basic Admission to the Museum. To ensure that you can enter the exhibition at your preferred date and time, we recommend reserving tickets in advance.

Reserve Member Passes
Members receive two to four free passes to the Splendors of China's Forbidden City, depending on the level of membership. Use your member passes at after-hours viewings that are exclusively for members or during regular public hours!

Audio Tours
Enjoy insightful and engaging commentary on exhibition highlights with audio tours for adults and younger visitors.

Plan a Field Trip

Plan a Group Visit
