Leader: David Willard, Collections Manager for The Field Museum Department of Zoology’s Division of Birds.

Explore the magnificent wilderness and beauty of Chile's Patagonian Fjords and the Falkland Islands aboard the luxurious, 57-cabin, all-suite Corinthian II. From there we will cross the Beagle Channel, at the southernmost part of the Andes Mountains, where we will explore the Pia and Garibaldi Glaciers. In Chilean Patagonia we will navigate scenic, narrow waterways to visit Tucker Islet, Marinelli Glacier, and the city of Punta Arenas; and arriving in the Falklands we will call at Westpoint, Carcass, and Saunders Islands, as well as the quaint town of Stanley, capital of the archipelago. All along the way we will encounter incredible landscapes with verdant forest, rich flora, and a variety of wildlife including colonies of Gentoo, Rockhopper, King, and Magellanic penguins; cormorants; fur and elephant seals; and Black-Browed Albatross.
