Organized and developed by The Field Museum, the exhibition Nature Unleashed: Inside Natural Disasters explores the spectacular forces that drive our planet and our dynamic relationship with Earth. Cultural artifacts and state-of-the-art technologies help reveal the science behind the history and headlines of natural phenomena and our responses to them.

Curatorial and scientific staff from The Field Museum, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Northwestern University provided anthropological, meteorological, and geological expertise during the development of the exhibit.

To meet our Nature Unleashed content experts, select from the following:

John Terrell Anthropology, The Field Museum.

Jonathan D.W. Kahl Meteorology, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Seth Stein Geology, Northwestern University.
