COMMON NAME—Greater
naked bat.
DISTRIBUTION—Sumatra
to Java; within the Philippines, restricted to Palawan (FMNH).
HABITAT—Unknown
in the Philippines. On Borneo, reported to roost in large caves and hollow
trees and to feed both in open areas over streams and clearings and above
forest canopy (Payne et al., 1985).
STATUS—Unknown.
