(DMNH), Lanao del Norte (DMNH), Lanao del Sur (DMNH), Maguindanao (FMNH),
Misamis Occidental (FMNH), South Cotabato (FMNH), Surigao del Norte (DMNH),
Zamboanga del Norte (FMNH),
and Zamboanga del Sur (DMNH)
provinces], Samar (FMNH), Siargao (DMNH).
HABITATFrom
sea level to 2000 m, in lowland and montane primary and secondary forest,
probably most abundant in small clearings at middle elevations (Heaney,
1985a; Rabor, 1986; Rickart et al., 1993).
