Jin Ding (Golden Summit) at Fanjing Mountain.

Fanjing Mountain Biosphere Reserve, Guizhou Province, China, is situated in a transitional area between the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau and the western Hunan hills. The vegetation of Fanjing Mtn. is composed mostly of evergreen and deciduous oaks, and a great variety of other deciduous broad-leaved trees. Field work in this mountain range produced many interesting fungal collections, even though no sampling plot was established.
