    The asci have an I+ blue ring. The spores are two-celled, with one of the cell seen as a hyaline cellular appendage The brown inequilateral cell measures c. 17-20 x 7-8 ?µm. The septum and the pointed end are distinctly thicker than the rest of the wall. The dwarf cell measures c. 3 x 3 ?µm.
