In May, the Pritzker Lab received an NSF grant for $188,142 for the purchase of a new automated sequencer. A new ABI 3730 DNA Analyzer arrived in the late summer and was up and running in a matter of weeks. The new sequencer has increased the amount of data we collect at least fivefold and has been running smoothly since installation.
