The Zoology Department has just concluded a successful search for a new Curator in the Division of Insects. Paul Goldstein, from the University of Connecticut and the American Museum of Natural History, is joining The Field Museum in August 1999. Paul's research deals with animal/plant interactions; he specializes in Lepidoptera (moths and butterflies) systematics. He will be a new member of the Lab Management Committee and a major lab user.
