This is our first installment of the "Fin Clip" series at What the Fish? We will be irregularly uploading interviews, videos, or other smaller segments for your entertainment and education to go along with our regular 26 episodes per year of What the Fish? For this first Fin Clip, we asked the most natural of all questions for a group of people interested in fishes. What is your favorite fish? It turns out that when you ask people this question, people usually answer with their favorite fish to eat... So, we decided to run with that phenomenon and then also asked our interviewees for their favorite fish outside of the dining room. For this week, our interviewees are all staff and volunteers here in Zoology at The Field Museum.
In addition to hearing from our Zoology friends relaying their favorite fishes, we would love to hear from all of our listeners. So please tweet us your favorite fishes @FM_WhatTheFish, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Don't forget that you can download or subscribe to our podcast on iTunes.
So long, and thanks for all the fish!
