I am Program Assistant for the America for Bulgaria (ABF) Archaelogical and Anthropological Grant Opportunities in Bulgaria Program (AAGOB) at the Field Museum.
My education started with a strong emphasis on the humanities at the National College for Ancient Languages and Cultures in Sofia. Further on, my interest in the arts took me to VGIC, one of the oldest film schools in the world, and it eventually led me to earn a PhD in Film and Media Studies from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
I believe that my background in academia and my passion for Bulgarian cultural heritage make me a strong advocate for the ABF archaeological program, and I am very excited for being given the opportunity to be a part of it.
