Please complete the following Virtual Visit with a Museum Educator registration form. All registration requests must be received 2 weeks or more prior to the desired Virtual Visit with a Museum Educator broadcast date. When you are finished, click Submit to send in your request. Once we receive your request, we will verify availability and create a reservation for your classroom or school assembly. We will send confirmation of that reservation to you via e-mail within two business days. After we have confirmed your reservation, we will send you an email with login instructions to the Virtual Visits classroom. All participating classrooms must participate in a technology check 1 week prior to their scheduled visit. Classroom Size
Virtual Visits with a Museum Educator is available as a small group experience (up to 35 students) for $59. If you are interested in broadcasting Lessons from The Field to a larger group (36 students or more) the price is $99.
Course Information
If possible, please let us know the name of the class that will be joining us (e.g. Biology, Earth Science etc), or please let us know what area of science your class is currently studying (e.g. ecosystems).
