About this event

Tune into this free, online event to learn about the natural world with up-close looks at Field Museum exhibitions, collections, and research.

Field Museum educator Anna Villanyi holds a leaf mold for dioramas up to the camera to give a closer look to Discovery Adventures audience members.

From hidden gems to our favorite specimens, there’s so much to learn with the Field Museum. Now you can explore science and natural history at the museum from wherever you are with Discovery Adventures. This free online series takes viewers on interactive, educator-led adventures from the museum. You can also send educators questions in-advance or during the event. Each adventure is a unique, online-learning opportunity for learners ages 7 and older.

This event is free online with advance registration on select Tuesdays, 1–1:30pm CST. Join us on Zoom webinar or YouTube (if you’re unable to access Zoom software). All who register will receive a link to a recording of the event after it ends.
