Learning Through Collections Professional Development Series

About this recurring event

Three educators stand around a table with specimens, including a raccoon skin, bat, bird, and pair of antlers.

Join us for our professional development workshops promoting inquiry and hands-on learning through the use of real artifacts and specimens in the classroom!

Workshops are available on select Saturdays through the academic year, 9:30am–noon. All educators—formal (K–12) or informal—are welcome and attendance is free with registration.

Every workshop is free with registration.

To register, email with the subject line "PD Registration."  Please provide the following information for yourself and any colleagues who will join you: name, email address, school or organization name, grade level, preferred workshop(s), and subject(s) taught.
