About this recurring event

Engage in the changing stories told by Native American people of sovereignty, resilience, continuity, and the future.

A rendering of a section of the Native Truth: Our Voices, Our Stories exhibition. Two guests stand surrounded by graphic panels and multi-media displays.

The Field Museum invites Native American community members to get an exclusive first look at the Field’s newest exhibition Native Truths: Our Voices, Our Stories. Experience stories told by different Native American groups of self-determination, resilience, continuity, and the future. Attendees will get an opportunity to preview the exhibition before it is open to the general public.

During Native Community weekend, the exhibition is free to preview but reservations are required. Basic admission is included.

This exhibition is proudly created in partnership between the Field and various Native American communities. Native Truths: Our Voices, Our Stories gives Native people from Chicago and across the country an opportunity to share their experiences in their own voices.
