Summer Worlds Tour

About this recurring event

Summer Worlds Tour offers a week of adventures in Chicago's premier museums for children entering kindergarten through fifth grade.

Children, accompanied by a counselor, race through the grass on the Museum Campus pulling kites along.

Campers explore extreme environments and extreme life at the Adler Planetarium, discover the world of dinosaurs at the Field Museum, and investigate underwater environments at the Shedd Aquarium. Activities include investigating exhibits, doing hands-on activities, creating original art projects, playing learning games, and having lunch along the shore of Lake Michigan.

Camp runs Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm. Sign in begins at 8:30am and sign out is at 3pm—both at the Field Museum.
