Teen Open House

About this recurring event

Stop by the Digital Learning Studio and explore science through games, scavenger hunts, and more in this event just for teens.

Youth Council members stand in a circle playing an intense game of Ninja. They all hold their hands up waiting for the next player to make the next move.

Teens, have a passion for science, culture, and natural history? Come hang out at the Teen Open House! Hosted throughout the year by Field Museum Youth Council, these events connect teens with other science-minded high schoolers. Enjoy activities like scavenger hunts and escape rooms. Learn about science and collections at the museum and how you can get involved.

Teen Open House is free for high school students with a valid school ID. Space is limited; advance registration is encouraged. Walk-ins welcome.

Enter through the South Entrance on the main level. Youth Council members escort guests to the Digital Learning Studio on the upper level. If you require an accessible entrance, contact youthcouncil@fieldmuseum.org.
