Colette Hands

Colette Hands joined the Field Museum in October of 2023. Colette had most recently served as Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Oakton College, where she has also previously specialized in workforce development and corporate training. Prior to that, Colette worked with North Park University and the City of Chicago American Job Centers. She holds degrees in human resources management, counseling, and business administration, and currently serves as Board Chair for YWCA Evanston/North Shore.
