Our staff has years of experience planning breathtaking events, including galas and fundraisers. We’re here to support you from your first site visit to the moment your the guests leave. We’ve carefully built a team of approved vendors who are knowledgeable about our space. We’ll help you choose partners to customize your event in a way that reflects your organization’s brand and values.
The Field Museum provides all alcoholic beverages used in conjunction with any event held at the Museum. We offer a variety of beverage packages and a wine list, both with eco-friendly options. Your approved caterer will provide bar service, including setup, mixers, sodas, ice, glassware, and service staff. Consumption bars and donated liquor are not allowed. Any organization seeking to use the Field Museum for a fundraising event most qualify as a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code. A copy of the Internal Revenue determination letter must be provided to the Field Museum prior to executing the contract.
