Get ready for a frightfully fun adventure at the Field Museum’s special member opportunity, Spooktacular Science!
Come face to face with Halloween-themed specimens and fossils, shared by our very own scientists—if you dare! Trick-or-treat your way through the space with tons of candy, eerie surprises, and hands-on learning that brings creepy creatures and mysterious artifacts to life.
Don’t forget to wear your best costume for your annual Halloween photo at your favorite natural history museum!
Free with Museum Member admission – costumes encouraged, curiosity required!
Member families visiting on Saturday, October 25, 2025, are welcome to stop into the Founders’ Room, located on the Main Level next to the Main Store from 10am to 2pm.
Recommend for families with children ages 3 and up. For the safety of all guests, please do not wear costumes that fully cover your face or include prop weapons of any kind.
Basic Admission is required for entry into the Museum.
