Volunteer at The Field

Volunteers provide the vital link that helps bring the Museum alive for over 1 million annual visitors. You can bring a smile to a child, earn a nod of appreciation from a visitor, or help our scientists maintain the Museum's vast collection of artifacts and specimens. With over 500 volunteers in more than 25 different Museum departments, we have a diverse range of volunteer opportunities. Our dedicated volunteers help The Field Museum maintain its status as a world-class institution. You can make a difference here, too.
