Calling all explorers, adventurers, and inquisitive minds. The Field Museum invites you to get curious and connected at an evening of eye-opening wonder and behind-the-scenes science with Museum experts.

On Saturday, October 21, 2023, the Field Museum will hold its annual fundraising celebration in person at the Museum, hosted by the Women's Board and Board of Trustees.

The evening will include the presentation of the Marshall Field V Award for Distinguished Leadership to the Sue Ling Gin Foundation Trust, accepted by Museum Trustee David L. Cotton. This award is presented in recognition of exceptional commitment and support to the Museum.
This year, we will also honor ITW with the Corporate Philanthropy Award in recognition of the firm’s extraordinary leadership and dedication to the Field over many years. Chairman and CEO Scott Santi will accept the award on behalf of ITW.

The Benefit Ball is the Field’s single most important fundraiser, raising more than $2 million in support for annual programs. Proceeds support the Field Museum’s groundbreaking research, conservation, and education programs in Chicago and around the world.
