Our event packages make planning a snap, with all the details and costs laid out simply and clearly. All you need to do is choose one.

Book a Package View All Event Spaces

Keep attendees focused, productive, and well fed throughout your day. Our meeting package starts at $75 per person, with a minimum of 20 guests. 

The package includes catered meals and snacks and an on-site event manager the day of your meeting, as well as Basic Admission to the Museum for all guests, access to our free public WiFi, and white linen service (upgrades available on request).

Take advantage of Chicago’s best season in our stunning outdoor settings, starting at $70 per person. This package includes a two-hour picnic buffet and three-hour use of our terrace, plus a dedicated event coordinator and access to Field Museum exhibitions, including SUE the T. rex and Màximo the Titanosaur.

Experiences

Bring a Field Museum scientist to your event and share mounted specimens, live insects, or birds of prey with your guests for a cost of $500. (Based on availability and weather dependent.)
